Malaysian at risk!

Ministry of Health Malaysia is actively advising Malaysians to be aware and take care of own health in order to prevent major diseases, for example heart disease, obesity, cancer, diabetes, asthma, hypertension, etc. How to prevent all these major diseases? Practise a healthy lifestyle now before it’s too late!
1) Practise Healthy Eating
·         Eat more vegetables and fruits, less sugar, salt, fats and oil.
2) Be Physically Active
·         Physical activities help to remove disease-causing toxins through sweat. They also help to prevent heart disease, cancer, diabetes and reduce stress.
3) Don’t Smoke
·         Smoking may cause impotence, stroke, heart disease and lung cancer.
4) Develop A Positive Attitude
·         Overcome stress in smart and effective ways, for example listening to music, watching comedy, travelling or even sleeping.
5) Say “NO” To Alcohol
·         Alcohol may cause heart disease, liver disease, hypertension and weaken the immune system.
