Healthy Weight Loss Tips - Nutrition by Natalie

  1. 1.Eat as much organic food as possible.
    2.Eat breakfast (well balanced meal).
    3.Eat high fiber food.
    4.Drink water.
    5.Pay attention to what person size of eating (standard serving).
    6.Eat bewteen 5 or 6 meals.
    7.Don't eat after 8pm.
    8.Limit eat sweet to 1 or 2 times a week.
    9.Avoid soft drinks.
    10.Keep unhealthy and junk food as far away as possible.
